  • Pin Your Archived Phrases: Keep your most important phrases front and center. You can now simply swipe right on any saved row in your Archive to instantly pin it to the very top of your list.

  • UI Polish & Upgrades: We’ve refined the layout to look and feel better across all your devices. iPad users will notice a newly optimized, breathable interface in portrait mode, and our word-by-word speech highlighting has been perfectly tuned to look incredibly sharp, especially in Dark Mode.

  • Lightning-Fast Performance: Under the hood, we completely rebuilt how the app manages your data. Local backups, restores, and iCloud Sync are now virtually instantaneous, and the entire app runs faster, smoother, and more reliably than ever.

  • Visual "Karaoke" Tracking: Words are visually highlighted as they are spoken. This is perfect for verifying your message or for users with hearing loss.

  • Rebuilt Speech Engine: Experience faster response times and a new expressive voice flow that sounds incredibly natural. Combine sentences, questions, and exclamations, and they will be spoken with human-like emphasis.

  • Smarter Number Pronunciation: No need to type awkward commas into long sequences like phone numbers, zip codes, or IDs. Just type the numbers naturally, and the voice engine will automatically insert human-sounding pauses!

  • Secure Privacy Wipe: Typing sensitive information? Shake your device (or use a two-finger tap) to permanently wipe the text window. Unlike the standard Clear button, this gesture bypasses the temporary "Undo" memory entirely, ensuring your private data stays private.

  • Archive Database: Save unlimited phrases. Swipe left to grab a saved sentence instantly—perfect for preparing for doctor's appointments or meetings.

  • Frictionless Archiving: We’ve streamlined how you save. You can now add new phrases directly into your Archive using the + button without needing to type them out in the main window first.

  • Search Your Archives: Finding that specific saved phrase is now effortless. Use the lightning-fast search bar right in your Archive list to instantly filter your words.

How to Get the Best Quality Voices:

This app uses Apple’s Enhanced and Premium voices. To ensure the best experience:

  1. Open your Settings app.

  2. Go to Accessibility > Read & Speak > Voices.

  3. Select your language and download the Enhanced or Premium version of your preferred voice.

    • Note: The "Alex" voice is excellent for English (US) users.
